What we showed
The attacker, live. We pointed it at a Solana program on stage, let it hunt, and walked through what came back: each finding with the exploit that proved it and the patch that closes it. No slides about what it could do; the room watched it do it. Four weeks earlier the same attacker had finished its alpha with 38 Solana teams, so the demo was the product, not a prototype.
