1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CoinSec (“the Service”), including the website at coinsec.ai, the Pulse, Orbit and Move37 products and any beta programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CoinSec provides AI-driven security testing for smart contracts. The Service reads program code you give it access to, attempts to find and demonstrate exploits against that code in an isolated test environment, and reports its findings together with suggested fixes. Features, products and availability may change at any time, and parts of the Service may be offered as a beta.

3. Authorisation to Test

You may only submit code that you own or are authorised to have tested. By submitting a program or connecting a repository, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that you authorise CoinSec to attempt exploits against that code in an isolated environment. The Service never attacks code on a live network, and you must not use it to test systems you do not control.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or joining a beta. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and access tokens, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes or to attack systems you are not authorised to test; use findings or exploits produced by the Service against any system other than your own; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or gain unauthorised access to the Service; submit code you do not have the right to share; or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

6. Code and Findings

You retain ownership of the code you submit. You grant CoinSec permission to access, process and store that code solely to provide the Service. Findings, proof-of-concept exploits and suggested fixes are delivered to you for your own use. CoinSec treats your code and findings as confidential and does not publish or share them with third parties, except as described in the Privacy Policy. CoinSec may use aggregated, non-identifying information derived from the Service to improve it.

7. Fees and Billing

Beta access is provided on the terms communicated to you when you join. Paid engagements, including Move37, are governed by the written agreement for that engagement. Where fees apply, they are billed as stated in that agreement and are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, we delete your code and findings from our systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Security testing can never be complete: we do not guarantee that the Service will find every vulnerability, that findings will be free of error, or that code the Service has tested is free of defects. Suggested fixes are proposals for your review; you remain responsible for the code you deploy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinSec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of funds, arising from your use of the Service or from any vulnerability the Service did or did not detect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from them will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@coinsec.ai.
